My name is Jhonel. I hold a Master of Education major in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. In addition, I have completed 24 units in Professional Education and hold a TEFL/TESOL certification from the World TESOL Academy. I am also formally trained in English Language Education which equips me to deliver high-quality instruction and provide effective educational services to our stakeholders.

I have seven years of experience as an international teacher including teaching English to diverse age groups in Gwangju City, South Korea. Throughout my professional career, I have consistently designed and implemented lessons aligned with curriculum standards employing varied instructional strategies to promote critical thinking and collaborative learning. I maintain a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment and adapt my teaching practices to meet the individual needs of learners from diverse backgrounds.
